1) I will start reviewing the lessons that we learn in this anatomy class every week after school in order to gain a greater understanding of the material we learn. In order to accomplish my goal, I will begin reviewing my anatomy notes every Saturday or Sunday for an hour in order to examine what we did in class throughout the week.
2) For this semester, I will start exercising every day in order to improve my health. To do this, I will start doing conditioning exercises every morning in order to build up my muscle strength, and improve my cardio fitness by running or jump roping every Saturday or Sunday for at least a half an hour.
